  Important Dates
  1. Registration will be open on February 14, 2025, and closed on April 28, 2025.
  2. The deadline for early bird registration has been extended to April 13, 2025. The regular fee will apply to registrations made from April 14, 2025.
  3. The regular registration has closed.
  4. Late registration (without accommodation) is now open and will remain so until June 4, 2025; the fee is the same as the “Busan Residents” rate.
  5. On-site registration will not be available.

  1. 1. Fee for participants includes conference participation, accommodation at Hanwha resort (22-27.06, five nights), meals, banquet, and excursion.
  2. 2. Participants with an accompanied guest must register as "Participants Double Room", while the guest should register as "Accompanied (Double)" and leave a memo specifying the accompanying guest.
  3. 3. Fee for accompanied persons includes accommodation at Hanwha resort (22-27.06, five nights), meals, banquet, and excursion.
  4. 4. Fee for Busan Residents includes meals, banquet, and excursion, but does not include the accommodation.
